New Modules

 

New Modules are contiuously added to MAPS2000. 

 

 

 

Communicatios Manager Module: This manages reports that are to be distributed by more than one channel e.g. e-mail, fax and printing. It controls the distribution of the report by the various channels. It records which channels are to be used for each supplier and each report. It record the date and time of all transmissions.  more

 

Budgeting Module:   Allows the user to set up and automatically evaluate forecasts.  A forecast can consist of monthly volumes for each farmer and also average monthly milk constituents and quality.  This data can be based on historical data already in MAPS2000 or can be entered manually

 

Each farmer can be allocated to a delivery location.  The module calculates the monthly Volume, Quality and cost of the milk that will be delivered to each location and also the value of the milk to each Location. more

 

Farm Liaison Module:   This module tracks all contacts between the milk processor and the Farmers.  It tracks any undertakings that have not been delivered upon.

 

Traceability Module: This tracks where the milk from each farm is delivered. It takes account of the timing of deliveries on routes relative to milk collection times. It also takes account of truck-to-truck transfers.  The system will report for any delivery location and any time period the farmers whose milk was delivered to the location during the time period.  Conversely, the system can report for any farmer for any period of time where his milk went.
